Born and raised in Clinton County, Jonathan’s roots are firmly grounded in his community. Today, he lives on his historic family farm which spans five generations with his wife Kayli and two children: Owen and Isla. After graduating from East Clinton High School, he pursued higher education at the University of Cincinnati, gaining diverse work experience in service, sales, and management over a decade of living in the Cincinnati suburbs. 

He returned home to Clinton County where he continued a career in leadership and information systems while also working on his family farm and completing many residential and commercial renovation projects. He has always had an interest in real estate and home improvement, particularly in rural and farming communities. Over the last several years he worked to turn his work experience, knowledge, and interest into a rewarding career as a Real Estate Agent at Heart State Realty. 

Jonathan looks forward to helping clients find their dream homes by utilizing his background in home improvement, carpentry, construction, and farming. He is dedicated to providing personalized and insightful guidance throughout the real estate process, ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience for all involved.
